Young Toledoans leave for the Ivy league and for the big city after graduation but they soon realize the quality of life in Toledo is better than the big cities of the coasts. Now they’re back and creating content designed to attract more people like them to the region.

***The idea that middle American cities like Toledo are ignored in the national media unless there is a crisis like undrinkable water or terrorism arrests. Creating a media driven think-hub to launch a more complete picture of the region is their answer to this long standing image problem.

***The image problem addressed through Toledo Midstory is widely shared in Ohio and the founders are hearing from other locations interested in replicating the mission.
